A Slice Of Culture Nigeria

Welcome to a new free monthly culture exchange, A Slice of Culture! Each month we will invite members of the public to explore a diverse range of customs and traditions from around the world. The first session will take place on the 19th of  May at the Waterford Cultural Quarter Hub, 16–18 O’Connell Street.

The first A Slice of Culture event will focus on the country of Nigeria, featuring a
presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about Nigerian culture through an introduction to its vibrant music and cuisine. Food from the respective cultures will be provided on the day, and a sample of popular music from the country will be played.

There is no need to book in advance, just show up on the day with an open mind and an open heart!
