Event Details:
Car Boot Sale organised by Waterford New Communities Network at the sports hall or outdoor area in Butler Community Centre in Waterford City.
Date: Last Saturday of each month.
Time: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Seller’s Obligations:
Sellers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins for setup.
Sellers are responsible for the setup, display, and sales of their own goods.
All items for sale must be legal, safe, and in good condition.
Sellers should have their own Public Liability Insurance.
Space Allocation:
Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The management reserves the right to assign spaces and rearrange layouts if necessary.
Fees:
€ 5 per table/space (if you have 2 tables is €10)
€ 5 per trader with no own Public Liability Insurance
Example
1 trader with one table and no own Public Liability Insurance pays € 10
1 trader with 2 tables and has Public Liability Insurance pays € 10
1 trader with 2 tables and no Public Liability Insurance pays € 15
The fee needs to be paid in cash on the spot/on arrival. Fees are non-refundable.
Health and Safety:
Sellers must adhere to all health and safety regulations.
The seller is responsible for ensuring that their goods comply with safety standards.
Security:
Sellers are responsible for the security of their belongings.
Butler Community Centre and the organiser will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the seller’s property.
Cleanliness:
Sellers must keep their selling area clean and tidy.
Any rubbish generated must be disposed of responsibly.
Behaviour:
Sellers must respectfully conduct themselves towards other sellers, customers, and staff. Any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Alcohol and Drugs:
The consumption or sale of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity will be reported to Garda.
Parking:
Sellers must park, at their own risks, in designated areas only. Parking spaces are subject to availability.
Termination:
Butler Community Centre and/or the organiser reserves the right to terminate a seller’s participation in the event if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions.

Personal data provided by sellers will only be used to organize and manage the Car Boot Sale event. This data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
Media Consent:
By participating in the Car Boot Sale, sellers consent to the use of their likenesses and photographs taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Photographs may be used on Butler Community Centre’s and WNCN’s official website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and any other marketing channels.
Sellers retain the right to withdraw their consent for the use of their images at any time by contacting the organisers in writing.
