This event, organized by us at the Waterford New Communities Network (WNCN), aims to bring together employers, migrant job seekers, community organizations, and local businesses to explore the benefits of diversity in the workplace and the challenges faced by migrants in securing employment. The event will showcase success stories of migrant entrepreneurship, provide valuable insights into the job market, and promote intercultural skills as a key asset in today’s global business environment.
