Senthil is a distinguished Indian lawyer with B.A.B.L Degree & Irish B.A., law background. With over 25 years in Waterford, Senthil has led the 1st Irish & EU Immigrant Consultant and made history as the first migrant to contest local elections in Waterford in 2009. Law & politics both are deeply intertwined & Inseparable to Senthil.
As a Teacher at Ireland Tamil Academy since 2020 & founder of Waterford Tamil Sangam, his commitment to community is unparalleled. He has actively volunteered with NGOs globally, championed human rights at the UN in Geneva, and earned accolades like the 2022 Runner-Up Award from Volunteer Centre in Waterford and the 2024 Human Rights Help Award. Senthil’s extensive travels across 20 European countries underpin his belief that “Unity is Strength.”
